Q: Do you pay for FaceTime like you would pay credit for a phone? I’m thinking about buying one soon for my daughter.

- Manda

A: As with any other online activity such as surfing the web or checking e-mail, you must be connected to the Internet in order to place and receive FaceTime calls, however there are no charges specifically to use FaceTime beyond whatever you would pay for normal Internet access. In other words, FaceTime can be used at no additional expense anywhere that you already have Wi-Fi access.
