Q: I can’t seem to find the Cover Flow feature on my 30GB iPod classic! I’ve looked everywhere on my iPod and when the songs are displayed I can only see album artwork when I am listening to that particular song.

- Alana

A: There is actually no such thing as a 30GB iPod classic, so chances are that you’re referring to the fifth-generation iPod with video released in 2005 and 2006.

This particular iPod model did not support the Cover Flow feature at all and there is no way to add this feature. Cover Flow was introduced to the traditional iPod lineup in 2007 with the first iPod classic, which was sold in 80GB and 160GB capacities.
