Q: If you buy an app from the App Store when it is at a discounted price and then deleted it, will you get charged extra when the app is back at its original price and you buy it again?

- Deng

A: Once you’ve purchased an application from the App Store, you can download it again for free regardless of what the new price is. When downloading it again iTunes should advise you that you’ve already purchased the application and notify you that you can download it again for free.

You can do this from iTunes on your computer or from the App Store on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. It works much the same way across all devices; this can be a convenient way to add an app onto your iOS device when you’re away from your home iTunes library.
