This Barcelona-based maker of universal charging solutions has focused on creating handsome-looking and colorful platforms with removable inserts that can work with multiple kinds of portable devices, including iPods, iPhones, and—with a cable—iPads.
Idapt introduces two new charging accessories. The i2+ provides a similar desktop charging solution to last year’s i4 with fewer ports and a lower price of $40 and the ability to charge two devices on top and one via the included USB port. Six insert tips are included for charging electronics ranging from iPods and iPhones to USB and Micro-USB devices. The i1Eco is a portable charging solution that provides both AC and in-car connectivity using the same insert tips are the desktop models and an extra USB port for charging other devices—it is available for $20 with a single tip or $25 with three tips.
