Available only for the discontinued second-generation iPod nano, iStik ($30) is a plastic case with a set of four ultra-powerful magnets on its back, as well as four matching magnets on a hard plastic piece that's put inside of your clothing. The goal is to make your nano capable of being worn anywhere on your clothes, which the company iStik, Inc. disclaims for safety only near a pacemaker, ICD, or computer hard drive.
