My Mac Tablet would essentially be a 13" aluminum MacBook with a touch screen. Same dimensions only thinner as it would lack an optical drive.

It would run full Mac OSX Snow Leopard

The main source of input would be touch screen with full multitouch capabilities and a digital overlay keyboard like the iPhone. However, sliding the screen open reveals a full keyboard like on the entire Mac Book line. The screen could then be propped up allowing it to function as a full laptop.

Lack of an optical drive would be made up for with the use of the MacBook Air Superdrive or another computer's optical drive over Wi-Fi.
