I named my tablet concept, MacPod, because I see it as a mix of the iPod touch and iPhone line with the Macbook on a small package. The design should be simple en elegant, just the way Apple does it, and the way we like it. Like the iPod touch, the screen should adapt to horizontal and vertical positions, and since one of the functions could be read books and magazines I think the pages will have an effect of a real book where you can tap one corner of the screen to go to the next or previous page. Since the screen it's not that big, the interface will look very similar to the iPhone. A built-in iSight camera seems ideal to chat anywhere, or even make video phone calls. Because the size will be bigger than the iPhone, it's important that the design should be as thin as possible, and with protection against scratches. A stylus won't be necessarily needed since the screen has touch technology and the keyboard will ben on screen when necessary.

Finally, my name is Evert Yacid Rivas, and I live in La Paz, Bolivia.
