Great iTunes intro, very thorough. One update though: the “watched folder feature” is available since iTunes 9, which creates the folder “Automatically Add to iTunes” under the iTunes Media folder for this purpose.

I am trying to change the name of songs and put in album names. The info is grayed out in the “get info” option. I even went into my folder where my songs are stored and unmarked them as “read only”. I deleted the songs from Itunes and put them back in and it still won’t work. I un-clicked the “organize” in options also. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

Is it at all possible to have two separate itunes accounts and therefore separate libraries on one computer?

When I delete songs on itunes they reappear after I close and reopen itunes later. Why?

Had iPod for 1 year plus, one of the kids got hold of it…now it is telling me to ENTER CODE? I dont know what the code is Serial is 7J53558RSZB Model A1137…any help on where I can reset my iPod?
