AGLogic Swackett
You can check the weather on your iPhone or Mac at any time. But if all you want is for someone to tell you whether or not you need to wear a jacket, Swackett (Free) from AGLogic has you covered. Give the app your location, and you’ll quickly see the temperature, weather conditions, and a graphical representation of what to wear: sweater, jacket, or coat. Simple.
Everything is presented in large type and with stylized images, so you don’t have to do too much thinking. Male and female glyphs are shown, each wearing the appropriate clothing for the day. Scroll down past the characters and you’ll find 14-hour and 7-day outlooks, as well as weather radars. Wanna help your lazy friends? You can even Tweet the current conditions right from the app. Swackett comes with Standard and Modern Edition clothing packs built in, and for a few bucks more, you can download British Invasion and Far East costumes, among others. It’s free in the Mac App Store.
