If this design seemed inevitable, it's only so because of Incase's previous work on the Hardshell Case for MacBook Pro, which two years ago beautifully used a hard plastic design with venting perforations to glam up Apple's laptops. Now the Perforated Snap Case for iPhone 3G/3GS ($30) has arrived, and though it once again lacks screen protection, it uses a cool dot grid design to wrap breathable plastic around either iPhone model. A stand is included for video viewing purposes, and four colors -- black, white, blue, and pink -- are available. It's one of those rare examples of cool design that will actually make an iPhone stand out from the pack; even the packaging is slick.
