It’s too bad that they couldn’t still have the engravings, it kind of loses its “cool” factor a lot in my opinion

it would be funny if someone actually bought this to use and not just as a pretty collectible then got overly paranoid about scratches and puts an iskin over the top of it

Despite the fact that its an iPod… plated with gold… the highest bid is still 86 euros right now. Dunno how high it will go. My guess: not very.

i have asked the seller, the camera just did not take the engravings. they are still there! he will make better pictures and post them to the auction.

as if the manufacture of lucite, semiconductors, and the chrome electroplating already done on factory ipods was not enough of an ecological footprint on the earth already. haz waste from plating, and all of the manufacturing processes, air emmissions, transportation factors…. where the hell is my bio polymer, butane fuel cell powered, solar recharging, totally sustainable ipod at?

hey guys, it looks like you´re pretty jeallous at the golden ipod
i like it, and if you take a look at the new pictures you will see how beautiful it really is. the pictures on the auction are bad, but look the new ones the seller has postet. holy cow, i must buy it. now it costs already 281 EUR !!!!! (like 300 $)
