I just noticed your comment about using the docking with our new iSkin exo. You can - because of the flexibility of the Japanese silicone that I used, you can pull down on the lower part of exo (touch control wheel) and expose the sync port and once charged pull it back over the sync port to its original position. I will have some photos of how to do in a day or so. And now you know how to slide exo onto your iPod, it goes through the display opening. Both ends are covered for maximum protection unlike our previous design. This is very complicated to do because it involves a 7 part mold instead of a 3 part mold. We did it all for you to give you the best case every.

These new eXo cases look absolutely marvelous. I’ll probably order from thethinkdifferent store and get the free MacLear Zip case with it.
Does an ipod with the zip case fit inside the iSkin? Also, what exactly is iskin’s website?

the zip case will fit around your new iPod inside of an iSkin eXo, so you can use it at night when you put your iPod to sleep or when you travel or use it to put your sync, remote and earphones in. You will love the case because it is made from ultra clear PTU which is 6 times better than PVC. Well you will see it for your self when you get your iSkin. iSkin: you have 2 site http://www.iSkin.com in Canada and my site http://www.iSkin.biz in China. I am the designer and manufacturer of some of the recent iSkins and of Maclear. By the way I am open to people submitting design that they may want to manufacture and sell through our network or resellers. Let the creative juices flow

Posted by robert on June 24, 2003 at 8:02 AM (PST)
9
That wasn’t very nice to say robert. :D
It’s not a ripoff to me, not as much as say, the Vaja cases. Whoops, did I say that?

####,
Will those people that were selected to test the new case for you still have the opportunity to do so?
Posted by Mirage on June 25, 2003 at 7:56 AM (PST)
13
All of the 10 test drivers have been selected, if you are one of them then we will be in touch soon to let you select a color and then we will ship it to you. I will be looking for test drivers for future products, I expect to be designing and producing 4 new products every month.

####, can you show us pictures of how the dock will work? and how you can slip the iPod in and out of the eXo?

I will have it up this week on the site. Yesterday I was in Hong Kong to have some of the dealers look at the product. Without telling them how to insert the iPod they instantly inserted it the right way. I thought I would have to explain how. This was with all the dealers I meet with and their staff. Docking is as easy. Once you have an exo in your hands you will understand.

####, have you contacted the 10 test drivers as of yet?
Posted by Mirage on July 8, 2003 at 5:28 AM (PST)
17
everyone will be contacted in 10days and instructed to go to my website and select the color they want and then exo in that color will be sent to them for testing. eXo is ready now.
