image

Altec Lansing has introduced its new Octiv Mini audio dock for the iPod and iPhone. The angular, compact speaker system measures roughly four inches by five inches with an integrated dock on top, and works with the company’s free Alarm Rock app to function as a full-featured alarm clock with time display, oversized snooze button, a customizable interface, and the ability to wake up to music from the iPod library. Altec Lansing’s Octiv Mini audio dock will be available in July and will sell for $60.
