Awesome. Ozomatli’s an awesome band and seeing them get picked for an iPod spot should garner some much deserved attention.

I met steriogram shortly after they got their recording contract, they’re pretty cool guys, they gave me and my friends some tickets to a show of theirs but unfortunatly we couldn’t make it. I hope to run into them again sometime that’d be cooooool!!!!!

Ummm. Little - have you ever heard of influences? Sorry it took 30 years for people to start appreciating your Stooges…
And the Stooges, as innovative as they were, were just a rip off of the Doors and all of their blues influences.

If I danced around with my iPod like that, it would most definately FREEZE.

This campaign is still stronger than 98% of the other ad spots out there. This is a little long though, the 15 sec spots are the best. This one is definately trying to reach out to an urban audience with the song and dancers, which is an important community as most popular music bought is of the urban influence.

ill give iggy pop as an influence… but the kgb song(i believe written in 99, and on the 2000 road trip soundtrack) is almost the same song

go Ozomalti. although they did an awful job of cutting that song up and mixing it with the commercial.
if i’m not mistaken, Ozomalti’s also on the Madden 2005 soundtrack.

I think these ads are getting to be obnoxious. Spazzy dancing and annoying music aren’t that appealing after awhile…
The cowboy line dancing commercial was pretty good…

Hey Ryan, you #####, the guys who make the iPod spots aren’t the same guys that made that line dancing commercial. FYI
