Apple debuts new Bob Dylan iPod+iTunes ad
Apple has debuted a new silhouette-style television commercial featuring legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. The ad, which features Dylan playing guitar and singing a song from his new album “Modern Times,” is a more subtle version of Apple’s silhouette spots. Earlier this month, Apple announced that the iTunes Music Store will offer Dylan’s album through an exclusive pre-order on the iTunes Music Store. Apple also created an 800-track digital box set called “The Collection,” which includes all of Dylan’s studio albums and other recordings. Apple CEO Steve Jobs is widely known to be a big fan of Dylan, recently calling him “a personal hero of mine.”
