According to Mac Rumors, the handset made its debut in Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. Apple’s previously stated goal was to have the iPhone 4S available on 100 carriers in 70 countries by the end of the year, a goal it appears that it will reach, as the handset is now available in over 65 countries.

Just correcting your tittle, iPhone 4S was not launched in Brazil. The correct tittle for here is, “The iClown Nose is launched in Brazil”. Why? Well… just take a look at it’s prices, US$ 1.900,00 for an iPhone IS or NOT an abuse??? And dont tell me about brazilian import taxes, I know all, it’s 47% that could put the highest price at US$ 1.234,00 (and talking about it’s final price taxed, not about it’s fabric cost). Only corrupt politics and thives can carry an iPhone 4S in Brazil. Apple in Brazil now is faced like an “Prada” or “Gautier” product… ridiculous. If Tim Cook have at least 5% of Steve Jobs visions, he would close imediatly Brazilian sells. It’s a BIG SHAME on Apple.
