Apple offers $25 credit to Star Trek downloaders

After mysteriously removing and then returning “Star Trek: The Original Series” to/from the iTunes Store, Apple is now offering a $25 iTunes Card code to anyone who purchased the series’ first season before its removal. According to iLounge editor Jesse Hollington, the episodes were removed because they were “mixed” — some episodes were from the original series, while others had been digitally remastered and enhanced with new special effects. Since the episodes re-appeared on the iTunes Store, they have been offered in both the original and digitally remastered versions, and are labeled as such. In addition, the previously removed “Star Trek: Enterprise” has also reappeared on the store.

This is great news! However this article doesn’t explain how to get this credit from Apple. How do I go about getting my credit?

First, you’re wrong. Apple is not offering a $25 gift card code to anyone, and never has done such a thing.
Second, people like you annoy me. Just let other consumers deal with issues on their own, without giving them ideas. I’m in customer service and people like you generate questions and requests that have no real basis and that we as customer service agents have to handle lightly. It happens in every industry, such as the wireless business where I work, and it’s infuriating.
Stop.
