I wonder if there is a lounger who meets those job requirements who could take the position...Someone who knows what we (the public) really wants in iTunes for windows!

More than likely this sw.eng is just gonna have to code, and code only. Features and requirements come from above. And I strongly suspect from much above, not the project management level, but the JOB (pronounced GOD) level.
