Belkin is showing its upcoming TuneBase 2 FM Transmitter at the IFA 2007 conference in Berlin, Germany. The TuneBase 2 is said to sport a mono display for navigating stations, an auto tune feature that finds the clearest frequency on which to broadcast, and a “signal booster.” As with previous Belkin TuneBase products, the TuneBase 2 draws power for both itself and a connected iPod from its cigarette lighter mount. No pricing or release specifics are currently available, although claims the product will be released in the UK in October and will sell for £69.
