Big Bucket Software has released TV Forecast HD, an enhanced iPad version of its TV Forecast app for the iPhone and iPod touch. TV Forecast HD is an interactive TV guide designed to help iPad users plan their viewing schedules by providing easily accessible information on upcoming episodes. Users can add their favourite TV shows and see an at-a-glance view of both upcoming and previous episodes in either a list or presented in an on-screen calendar view. The app also provides a timeline view showing both the start time and duration of each episode and the ability to automatically adjust times to local time zones. Detailed episode information is provided for every episode in a series and configurable notifications are available to let users know when new episodes are airing. TV Forecast HD requires and iPad running iOS 4.2 or later and is available from the App Store for $3.
