with the growth of guitar-stompbox type apps (e.g. guitarfx, stompvox) for iphone/touch, it’s frustrating that I can’t simply plug in my electric guitar.
On paper it looks easy enough to make an adapter cable with a phone jack input and stereo RCA outs. It’d likely require some input buffering, but it would be very cool.
Is anyone making such an adapter? Or even a dock that exposes the full input/output options
