I’d be wary of DLO. The hard plastic seams of the regular Jam Jacket scratched the hell out of the front of my 10 gig iPod.

I thought that the Jam Jacket is a gummy kind of material? Is it more like hard plastic? Eeeewww, if so, I’m glad I cancelled my order.

“hard plastic seams of the regular Jam Jacket “
The Jam Jacket series cases are made of silicone rubber. How can that scratch??

I think I meant the “action jacket.” In any case, it’s the one that’s got the semi-thick plastic front for the buttons and a black “soft case” to protect the rest of the iPod (it also came with an armband). At the bottom front of the case the plastic and the “soft case” are attatched by stitching which makes that area very hard and will scratch the bottom of your iPod if you move it around at all (read: wear it regularly) while it’s in the case. Needless to say, I was not happy when I found that my case was scratching up my iPod more than just keeping it in my pants pocket was.
