if the wake volume on this is user adjustable then i’m sold. Can we expect a proper review?

EZWake Clock problems…
I just bought the EZWake. It looks good and the sound is so-so. I am used to a full-on acoustical system. But I needed and alarm clock and this seemed like two birds… But, the alarm clock and the clock in general are not working properly. I can get them set, I think, but the time never advances. I read the manual, which has sketchy instructions and I never see the clock icon lit. I emailed the EZ Gear folks - let’s see what they do?

More EZWake WK7 Clock problems…
The manufacturer is including the 22 button remote from the older, discontiued EZWake. The 24 button remote should have been included with my EZWake WK7 as advertised on the website and on the box. The 22 button remote prohibits you from using all of the advertised functions (i.e. snooze, alarm 2, etc.). The website doesn’t even have a link to report issues or problems. If I had the right remote, I think I would give this unit a thumbs up. Right now I’m giving it a big thumbs down. I will be returning this for a full refund.
