ezGear intros clearCase for 5G iPods

ezGear has introduced the clearCase Video for Apple’s latest iPod. Made of ultra-clear acrylic, the case features a flip-open front cover, removable belt clip and neck strap, and has openings for the dock connector port, headphone jack, hold switch and click wheel. The clearCase Video sells for $27 and comes in two sizes to fit the 30GB and 60GB iPod models.

those look EXACTLY like the no-name brand cases you find on eBay being sold by people in Hong Kong and such…but for WAY cheaper than $27 (I think look up the keywords ipod video crystal case)! This looks like one of those crappy generic “crystal cases” that are definitely not worth that much money.

This case looks really cheap, especially with all the extra clasps sticking out. It completely ruins the ipod aesthetic. I prefer the contour isee case much more, as it is completely smooth around the ipod and doesnt ruin the lines.

I agree with ac,
the shape/lines of the Ipod is ruined. I am currently using a silicone cover from ZCover - generic cover sold by a canadian distributer. Not bad. Was thinking about one of the speck covers but $$$$
