New York City-based Fluffpod has announced Fluffer, a new iPod case made from “extra soft faux fur, silky smooth satin lining, and white leather boots.” The white fur case is available for all fourth-generation iPods, and provides access to all controls and ports. “We wanted to bring serious softness, personality, and character to our first really fun consumer product,” said Scott Lopatin, creator of Fluffpod, “all while safely protecting your iPod cuddled snugly inside Fluffer.” The case is priced at $35.

Okay…Do these people actually know what a fluffer is? Is this a case marketed specifically at porn stars?
“The Fluffer…It’ll get you excited!”

um yes. ok. so aside from the porno aspect, as well as the niche market they target, AND the utter ugliness of the product surely this thing is gonna dirty real quick. And by dirty I do mean dirt, none of this porno-related filth, or porno-juices… shut up. the lot of you!

Hm, looking at the site I think they have an idea about what a fluffer is. Nevertheless, I like this thing! Of course using it as a heterosexual male would require some guts, but who cares. It looks better than the fluffy cases we’ve seen before, and it seems as though they even cared to put in some functionality (you can apparently access the Dock-Connector), plus the optional hook comes at a reasonable $2. Too bad it’s not 5G yet. Funky item.
