Griffin ships TuneFlex for iPod nano

Griffin Technology has announced that it is now shipping the TuneFlex (iLounge Rating: B+), its new car dock and charger for iPod nano. The TuneFlex features a flexible steel neck and rotating cradle, and plugs into your car’s 12-volt accessory outlet. It also has a 1/8� stereo line-out jack for cassette adapters or audio cables, a low-high audio output switch, and a pass-through dock connector for use with accessories like the iTrip FM transmitter. The TuneFlex sells for $40.

I wish they made a car charger like this one that came with an FM transmitter that you could remove and use out of the car. They have one just like this with the attached transmitter but it’s no good out of the car. Drives me crazy. I know you can buy two separate things to put together but it’s so expensive. They’re always doing whatever they can to make you buy the more expensive deal…
