Who cares about Cases?
All I want is a good Moulded Flat-mount Car Cradle and a Reliable Car Charger with Noise-Free Aux-Out and a Remote Control D-Pad.

Yes, why is it so hard to get a decent iPhone 3G car cradle? There are a few that attach to the windscreen, but these are no good as they obstruct the view out the front window. No good in my profession (driving instructor), and illegal in some US states, I hear. The best kind of car cradle is the kind that plugs directly into the cigarette lighter and supports your device on a bendy arm that extends from the socket. But nobody makes a decent one for the 3G - so annoying! There are various low quality ones going around, but it would be great if a company that knows what they are doing would get in on the act…
