We’ve just posted a high-resolution photo gallery of the fourth-generation iPod nano, enabling you to see Apple’s newest miniature flash player in greater detail. The images, which are available in sizes up to 1600x1200 pixels, let you inspect the colors, the curves, and the metal textures up close and personal; we will be posting more soon.
See our extended First Looks at the fourth-generation iPod nano and second-generation iPod touch for more photos.

The colors are pretty though.
In all seriousness, I didn’t even look at them as I am anxious enough to purchase a nano already without looking at supposed “high-res” photos.

Great. The first comment was deleted so now my “pretty” remark makes it appear as though I’m a small child who is amused by shiny objects.
Ooo, a firetruck! Bye!

I’m waiting for the articles that analyze the benefits (or lack thereof) of the curved glass.

I understood the nano as having a flat screen, despite the curved face. Is this wrong?

Sexy. I won’t be purchasing one but I really like the new nanos.
I’m really curious about the new $79.00 headphones though, if apple is bluffing and the controls do work with a first gen touch I’m sold. Even if it doesn’t $79 for dual driver headphones is a great deal if they sound like anything. Hopefully we’ll get a hands-on of those soon.
