iFrogz has announced its new customizable three-component iPod cases. The complete iFrogz set consists of the wrapz (main silicone body), bandz (extra side padding) and screenz (screen and click wheel protector). The $24 cases are available for 4G and 5G iPods and the iPod nano.
The cases, which feature an anti-static treatment and belt clip, are available in a rainbow of custom colors and come with one screenz decal that covers the click wheel. “With hundreds of screen decal selections in different categories such as sports, girly, culture, artistic, pop, colors and nature, iFrogz offer over a million combinations of complete iFrogz sets,” says the company.

I’m glad someone else also noticed the design flaw too. The only jack that fits with the band on the is the one from the headphones that come with the ipod. All the others that I’ve tried get pushed out by the rubber. Hopefully, the folks at ifrogz will realize this and redesign the band so it will work with any 1/8” jack. It’s a pretty serious oversight I’d say.

I just got my ifrogz case today and its pretty cool. I was having trouble with the headphone jack connection until I read the directions online where it says put the headphone jack into the band, then put the band on. It works!
