We’ve just debuted a new regular feature of the site: iPod Stars. Each week, we’ll be talking to celebrities about how they use their iPods, and what they’ve been up to.

This week, we chatted with DJ AM, one of the most photographed celebrity DJs in the world, and Sean Avery, the “feisty,” “bad boy” L.A. Kings center and music fan, about their favorite iPods and accessories. Here are our quick Q&As - more are coming.

c’mon, folks - iPods are selling by the millions - do you really expect all of them to end in the hands of super-educated geeks?
I sort of remember the same whining about the new design, and too much advertising, and…
OK, now Jeremy knows that this crap doesn’t appeal to some of us. He also has server logs to tell him that, dontcha think ?
But he has to pay rent, and boxes, and band, and editors, so here’s a deal:
A - we all subscribe $1000 per year and then tell him what the f**k we wanna see on the site
B - the site remains free and we vote with our clicks.
Cast your vote. Mine’s B

Hey Jeremy, I love this site. I visit it several times a day just to see what’s new and exciting with the ipod. I do think, however, that if someone wants to post a complaint in the comments section a simple explanation (or a “I hope you give it a chance” comment) is all that is warranted. What’s the point of getting upset with your audience making comments? That’s the beauty of the internet . . . isn’t it?
There will always be a ton of idiots making comments. Since you’re the lone person in charge, I hope you’ll rise above it.
Thanks again for keeping this site interesting every day. I even believe I might learn some things by reading how other people (even celebrities) use their iPods.

Sorry, but while reading another article on the iPod backstage (on the release of Zune and “astroturfers’ responses), I came across this quote, “Whether you agree or disagree, great - our comments sections are here for you to share your views - “
I guess that was the point of my previous comment.
