I’m impressed with this update. I would have liked to see at least a flash player add-on but i know that adobe is working on this, so what they say.
also an add on to give user a option to change the background image with an user def. image.
and a option between 3-5 different time clocks.
cut and paste? well,... i really dont need it. I would rather see flash support finally get done by adobe.
otherwise i know that there are many more factors we all would like to see and i think we will. So far the iPhone has and outstanding download application support on iTunes (who else has it) and all the fine tweeking will come.
By the way i love the Remote desktop application, .. i can show off at work in my IT Area .. lol…

I’m annoyed with the photo saving but in the Photo app, and the behavior of the Podcast downloading (very glad to have it, nonetheless, including being able to delete episodes on the fly).
Photo saving: When you save an image from the Safari or Mail, in the Photo app what you get is an upscaled thumb (very blurry). I hope there’s a 2.2.1 in short order to address the lingering bugs present in this release.
Podcasts: When selecting “get more” in the iPod Podcasts screen, it takes you to the main page in the iTunes store, you then need to search for the podcast (make it go right to the relevant page)!
Otherwise a nice update, Safari is definitely more stable (the full-Facebook doesn’t even bring it down), and things seem a little snappier.
