iPod 10GB for $237, 20GB for $370 and 40GB for $463

Dealmac: Amazon.com once again offers Apple’s iPod 10GB MP3 player for $236.54 with free shipping. It’s still the lowest total price we know to be available. Amazon.com offers the iPod 20GB and 40GB for $370.24 and $463.14, respectively, with free shipping. We couldn’t find a better total price on either of these elsewhere.

nice of them to report this.  I think it’d be nicer if they didn’t make a commission off of these refers.

Why not?  Do you benefit from having someone informing you of a good deal?  Yes.  Do you pay a different price due to their referral?  No.

So why be an assh0le?

I’m guessing this offer is still alive.  I got in on this deal this morning (found it on fatwallet.com).  Can’t wait until it gets here :)

It just seems unclassy, that’s all.  It also makes their opinion seem biased and paid for.

Again, COMPLETELY FALSE.  This deal does not exist.  The last three times iPodlounge has offered this, it hasn’t been there when I clicked it.

Jeremy I don’t know why it won’t work for you, but I just checked it out and it worked for me, even though I’m not in the market to get another iPod.

Yeah, it worked for me, too.

The 20GB deal came up fine for me but the 10GB is still showing $299.

Important question: Does the iPod sold by amazon come with all the same staff/warranty that the one at the Apple-Store comes with?

“It just seems unclassy, that’s all. It also makes their opinion seem biased and paid for.”

BS.  How is it biased?  Are they pushing the same item for a higher price or not disclosing that it is cheaper elsewhere?

I would be glad to give them that commission if I too benefit from it. Grow up.

Dude! WTF! This is a web site all about iPods! Get over yourself man… If I was running a web site all about Lava Lamps, I would sure as hell report to the Lava Lamp community out there that someone was strking up a good deal.

Sheesh.
