I will never buy anything from X10, the leading retailer of spam, popups, and any other form of obtrusive advertising possible. I would rather spend a few extra dollars elsewhere than to encourage their behavior.

Yes, they will spam you for the rest of time if you buy something. A shame, really.

Agreed. X10 is a pack of unethical parasites, bent on ruining the Internet at any cost. No one should buy from them.

Ordered on Sunday. They tell me it was in stock on will be shipped on Weds. Today I get this “Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill your mini iPod order at this time. You have not been billed for this purchase but your order is still active in our system”

X10 is terrible. I ordered a mini just for fun last weekend. I have a feeling that I wont be seeing that mini. I got the same message as dfunk. Stay away.

Hi Everyone - this is Kenny from X10.
We’re really sorry about the iPod mini situation. Unfortunately, our supplier was unable to fulfill the overwhelming demand to the promotion and can not guarantee a date for the orders to be shipped. Consequently we are immediately refunding all back-ordered iPods.
Right now, we’re still out of the minis, but we do have the 15GB and 20GB iPods available.
We’re still searching all over to find minis to fill everybody’s orders, but, as you all know, stock is low everywhere.
Again, it’s all disappointing for us here at X10 too. We were excited to find such a great buy – and to be able to pass on the savings. We’ll keep looking though. Be sure of that.
So sorry for any confusion.
