Look, Ipods need batterires. I will no complain if the batteries fail but give me an option to replace it!!! Dat is only fair.

When Ipod suggests that foks should buy another device instead of repalcing the battery.. that was a bone head move.

It’s not a new trend.

“New” as in the “the last several years.”  3 to 5 year warranties used to be standard.  Now you’re lucky if you get one, and that’s a real shame.

I’m very unhappy over the fact that I trusted the name Apple without checking into other MP3 players. For $400, I expect the iPod to have a battery that stays charged longer than my cell phone. Especialy if it’s only 2 months old!

HI , BAD NEWS . ive just hade my pod 10 months the batts just died on me im gutted but im still under warranty so i agree apple needs to play the game and aproach the problem

here,s a tip a say around 10, 11 months into your warranty i advise u to take your pod back and tell them u only get an hrs playing time on your pod , return your pod they install a new batterie for u for nothing thus saving u the money and allso u get to SCREW apple back .....
