Deals On The Web: JUMP Systems is taking orders for the new iPod Mini (all colors) at $229.00. At $20 less than the retail price, it’s the best deal we’ve seen on this hot new item. Note that JUMP charges a $9.95 annual membership fee to purchase from their online store.

If you’re a higher ed student or work at a school or university, you can shop at the apple store for education where the iPod mini is also retailing for $229.
