Mike Matas, the talented iconographer behind the Omini Group has released a set of iPod mini icons (one of each color) for Mac OS X - free for download.

Why the hell would anyone get this when you can get a 15 gig ipod icon for the same price - free. I think Matas is way off base with these. He doesn’t seem to realize that people want an icon that will handle EVERYone’s mouse clicking needs. These ipod mini icons will never take off.
