Is FALSE. Just above this is the price for Hong Kong, HK$1900. The exchange rate is 7.8, so that works out to less than $244. And Hong Kong has NO sales tax, so that’s our final price. Good deal, eh?

Wow, i’m in the States and I placed my order on March 29th and I’m still waiting for it.  Where are the International iPod mini’s going to come from if Apple can’t meet demand Stateside.

okay..here’s my experience...i just ordered the mini with the educational discount here in Canada (10% off) thru apple.ca...then i called to confirm....the problem is the CSR said it’s going to take 4-6 WEEKS before shipping, which means the July 24 date is nothing but a scam!!!!!

AUD$399? The 15gig is AUD$449, so it’s a very small difference. Like US$30.

It’s probably cheaper to buy one from Amazon.com at the US$250, as it works out to AUD$360.

I thought it was Aus$370 for mini in Australia. Then Aus $375. Apple is not pricing there problem properly base on current rates. Australia $ is almost the same as Canada $, one time even better. No wonder not getting a lot of sale in their ipods here.

Australian price ipod mini should only Aus$347 at Aus$0.72 per US$ as today’s rate. I am just worndering where did Apple Corporate Accountants get their current conversion rate.

i was so going to buy an iPod mini in australia, ive been waiting since march deciding if i wanted a 15gb or a mini, i was expecting the mini to be ~$375AUS, but receiving an email from Apple telling me the pre-order price was $399 is a joke… i think im going to see if the price will fall a little bit and if it doesnt then im just going to go buy a 15gb
