iPods and more in Japan

Jeremy Horwitz, part of the iLounge review crew has sent in some photos of his recent travel to Japan.
Using an online currency converter, it’s about $437 for a 20GB iPod and $547 for the 40GB iPod.
These are interesting speakers to say the least. They are Eclipse TD Lulét 307PA System speakers.

$500 for 2.1 speakers… little too much. i wish it was cheaper… it makes my jbl creature look like a toy.

£400 ($620) for the Eclipse TD Lulét 307PA System - you have to really love your iPod to spend that much on it…

My question is, how did the guy manage to take the photos at Yodobashi Camera? Everytime I try and take a photo, one of hte 100 security guards there come running to me ready to tackle.

To answer Icekey’s question, I’ve been quite lucky.
I’ve snapped some shots with the new Sony F828, too, but haven’t wanted to host them.
Also, look on the first picture, second rack for pics of the cool metal iPod car mount and cup holder which are only available in Japan. ...sigh.
