Today I received my shipment confirmation for my new iSkin eXo for my 3G iPod. The iSkin was supposed to ship a couple weeks ago, but was delayed because of quality control issues with the screen protector at the factory.

I still haven’t received an exo or an email explaining their delay or that they’ve shipped anything to me. This company sucks.

Got my iPod on 6-24, pre-ordered the iSkin on 6-25, finally got an e-mail on 7-25 telling me that shipping was delayed, but still no iSkin…aaarrrggghhh!

Got mine Wednesday of last week. Even though the invoice says 30G iPOd, they shipped me the 10/15G version. Shot them an email Wednesday, still have not heard from them.
I went to CompUSA and picked up the DLO Jacket that they have in stock, perfect fit!!! seems like its better quality and doesn’t have the useless lanyard hole sticking out of the side of it.

It seemingly took forver to receive my iSkin EXO due to manufacturing difficulties. I since then contacted iSkin THREE TIMES requesting status of my screen protector that they did not ship. I contacted them via email twice and through their web form the third time and as of today have not received any kind of response. The product is great but I am very unhappy with their service.
