iSkin today announced the availability of colored screen protectors called “Shades” for use with the company’s eXo2, eVo and eVo2 iPod cases. “These funky screen protectors are made of a polymer that provides protection without leaving wet marks, graphic distortion or compromises in clarity when placed over the screen of the iPod,” notes iSkin. The new iSkin Shades are available as a $14.99 five-pack containing the following colors: Cosmos (purple), Sonic (deep blue), Blush (pink), Kiwi (green) and Tangerine (orange).

1. Gee, where’d they get this idea?
2. What if I don’t freaking want orange and pink?
Typical iSkin. Give us what they want instead of what we want. Guess they know Apple fans will swallow it and buy crap they don’t need just to get the color they want.
