The Japanese company responsible for making Kubrick figures has turned its attention to the iPod. The iKub is a robot which sits and holds your iPod, an alternative to other desktop stands and docks. You can most likely purchase the iKub soon through online retailers such as kidrobot.com.

“if you all can’t see the dock connector at the bottom of the holder you’re all more blinder than me.”
That’s the bottom of the iPod, no? The bottom of the holder that the robot is holding has a little notch in it from what I can discern.
It’s basically just a fancy holder for the iPod.

From browsing that site, I can’t believe the prices on some of those figures. $90 for a 6 inch plastic figure? Nuts.

I bought one
The price isn’t wildly out of range with other 400% Kubricks (which retail for 50 in the US). Can’t wait to get mine
To put it in perspective, I paid $50 for a Kill Bill Be@rbrick a while ago ... and that’s 3 inches tall :o
