####, I do have an order reference, but basically I can’t be bothered dealing with your useless operation any more. I’ve sent you plenty of emails already, and you offer no interest whatsoever other than repeatedly posting crap on here.

You have robbed me, and there’s nothing more I can do.

BigBadBob who are you trying to kid. No one in the online business can take a clients’ money and stay in business. PayPal the company that services our online payments protects their clients. All you have to do is quote your transaction id to them and they will take action.  I would venture to guess that you do not have an order with us or you would have produced your order id instead to tooting your horn.

Silly ####, the more you respond to irrelevant comments on this thread and refuse to service your own “backlog” in your inbox, the more you infuriate these angry customers.

Why not get a bit more professional about it and sort all these complaints out?

I’m after a case for my mini but just don’t know what to do.

####,

Again, I ask (since you have not answered my emails): why do you respond to posts here faster than emails I have sent you 2 months ago? You claim you do not take people’s money, but you took my $65 without delivering a product or even the courtesy of an email reply. Yes - I have an order number. Yes - I have it billed to my credit card via PayPal. I’ve attached my email to my post. I would really like to know why:
1. You haven’t answered any of the numerous emals I’ve sent since Feb;
2. Why my product has never arrived;
3. And why you don’t live up to your agreements.

$65 isn’t a lot of money; but I take great exception at ANY retailer or vendor who takes my money - no matter what the amount- and doesn’t deliver.

Oh yeah my order ID is Scott2002080104.

And here is the text of your email dated 1/8/04:
“Scott here is the way to handle it, give me your order id and your key and I will deposit money into your account so that you can replace your case/s

Then place an order even if it is a backorder and our system will notify you the moment they come into stock and then you can come back and order it and use your key money to pay for it

We already had 2 shipments of exo2 from our factory and they have been put up on our system

####”

i eagerly await your reply. After 2-3 months without a reply, I ‘d like to give you the benefit of the doubt instead of calling you names; but your lack of responsiveness to my emails (and your puzzling quick response on this forum) aren’t doing much to help your case.

Oh, and that is also a follow-up to your email from 1/3, when I asked you if the 2 for 1 offer you were advertising in December would be valid since they were backordered. The original order id for which I was charged was Scott1610191203.

(####, I would rather deal with this with you via email…but since you seem to read this board more frequently than your emails, I have no option.)

“In the 2 for 1 your were charged for 2 and got 2 free and the other 2 were back orders so there was not charge. When they are in stock you will only have to pay for one.
Do you have a key now and I can give you a coupon to get ice as a 2 for 1”

As well, I was expecting these to be the thinner eXo you advertised in December (I guess these are the eXo3?).

Now that wasn’t hard was it.
Scott I just searched your order id in the paid and unpaid files, it does not exist. I then searched using various methods such as scott20% and 0104, just in case you made a typing error, I also did not locate it but did locate a record for a Scott2……… for $65 but that was in Dec and it was shipped by DHL. I checked our printed communication records for problems matched with the order ids, none exist for your order id. There is one more file of dormant records, I will have my programmer check that later today. The date of your order according to the order id you posted was during a time when all emails were answered within a 1 to 3 day turnaround. The flood of emails which caused our email problems started in mid to late February.

There is one other solution and that is for you to send your Paypal account (email address you use for paypal) and I can search our online paypal records. If you made a payment your order id and payment will be recorded there.

####,

No that wasn’t hard - but is it so difficult to communicate with me via email??? This forum shouldn’t be your customer service feedback site.

I have 2 PayPal payments made to you: December 19 and December 2, both for $65. The December 2 order I received; the December 19 is the one I have not received. My PayPal ID is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

I don’t know why you don’t have those orders: I have the original emails for both, and I can send you a screenshot of my PayPal history. And when I log in to your site, I see both orders as PAID. But since you insist on using this forum…

I found your other order, I think your letter was about your back order for the 2 for 1 special we ran.  You wanted to buy 6 items for the 2 for 1 and 2 of them might have been sold out and 4 you got and you paid for 2 as the 2 for 1 goes and you got free shipping because it was over $50.  Now that I have all of this I will check it and the 5 emails you sent me (I found your emails also)  in the morning. It is 5:45 am and the office still is not open. Now we are moving along

This is a copy of some your order id details

Thanks….eagerly waiting response and fulfillment.

I cant believe that the confidentiality of a customer’s order and it’s details has been posted in a public forum for a simple customer service request because a moronic vendor cannot get his emails sorted out. That’s just dumb and unprofessional. I can’t believe that people even order from ####’s site. It’s as dumb as he is.

Oh well people, there are lots of other cases and vendors to choose from unless you like to deal with someone like this #### chap.

No, no bias here, folks.

Nice administrator attitude there.

Hi all,

Even though I’ve had a terrible experience, let’s not engage in name-calling.

If he comes through, I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe even a second chance.

####, I hope if anything you get out of this is an improvement in your customer service. I am an IT manager for a large organization, and I can sometimes get up to 300 emails A DAY (no spam - all work email). My clients would hang me up by a flagpole if I used that as an excuse. Especially given that your are on the other side of the globe, and email is your primary way of communicating with your customers, I hope you can be more responsive.

So, by my reckoning it is 12:15 PM in Hong King…you should have had plenty of time to get my situation straightened out.

stark23x,
No, no bias, just stating a fact. #### himself said his emails were backed up. I merely stated he may be in for a wait. What is so wrong with that?

If you had quoted the full sentence instead of just the part in parentheses it reads fine
Please take any complaints to ####’s own forums or email #### directly (though as he has 500 emails yet to read you may be waiting for some time) rather than post them here.
The important point being “or email #### directly” - as he already has 500 emails to read, the sender could be at the bottom of the list.

They are using a comments thread as a complaints forum. I have already asked them to do this some other way.

I’m glad Scott has sorted this out but it should not have been done here.

You stepping in with your sarcastic sideswipes at me has nothing to do with the topic either.

Any further posts about problem solving with #### will be removed as this is not a complaints forum. Please stick to remarks about the new #### case.

Well, everyone is complaining about the bottom fliping out to the front, and obviously you have not been thinking that hard about the product design.

If the dock access DID flip out to the back that would mean the fastener for the bottom would have to be on the FRONT, therefore you would have an obtrusive nub either on the scroll wheel, or two weak fasteners on either side of it.

In the future, think things through more carefully before you bash product designs.
