The eXo2 is available now for preorder and includes zip TPU case, a removable belt clip and iShade (crystal) screen protector for a special introductory price of $32.50. There are currently ten colors to choose from, but more will become available with each week. Shipping will begin sometime this month.

As you may know my site is mainly a site for resellers and distributors and very soon the online resellers that buy from me will have much better pictures that I every do although sometimes I have a few winners too.  For those that frequent my site know that they can view an inventory controlled ordering system in express (express can be found on the main menu and here you will find eXo2). But I thank you for expressing your frustration that my site is not user friendly and I will be working on that.

Is it me or is this website the best-looking WORST site I’ve ever seen?

It is unbelievably redundant and for all its show, says nothing. There are like 3 ways to order what look like the same thing, and 3 websites that take you to one that resembles 99% of the one you just went to but you’re not sure if it’s different or not.  All I wanted is a look at the newest skin for 3rd generation, and it’s INANE. 

Seriously, no more running around.  Seriously, we’re selling a case for the ipod.  Make it logical for goodness sakes.

Seriously, I can NOT find the newest model that I’m looking for.  And this is after repeated trips. You own the market. 

Sorry, I was upset. But seriously, please work on it.  We’ll buy it—but seriously, it’s hard to buy your product.

Yeah, I think he was serious, but I could be mistaken.

Actually, that’s a good point about the website.  I have an iSkin for my 40GB iPod and love it.  It’s a nice product, Mr. Cymbalski, but it *is* somewhat frustrating trying to find out more about it on your website.  I second the motion that you improve your site design.  The graphics are fine, but the workflow/clickthrough needs to be simplified and clarified.

You are absolutely right, I have been too focused on the program end of the site to help distributors and resellers order multiple products with one click, data base control of inventory, recording best selling products and an express ordering system to view all the products instantly.  Now you guys have kick my but, pointed me in the right direction and I will start the process of redoing the site to have a logical flow for customers and allow you to instantly find things see features and see the different colored cases outside of a dot of color.  This will also be good for me and I appreciate you waking me up.

I have tried to order on 3 different browsers and STILL no luck. What the #$*@? ####, what is up with that??

And if there is going to be an eXo 3 in December, tell us why should we bother buying eXo 2 now?

Please, tell us an alternate way to order, because I am about to give up on this product.

Specifically, when I enter a quantity in the box and click “Submit”, it clears the box and nothing is added to my cart. Nothing else seems to work properly on this site (one of the reasons I ordered my original eXo through iSkin and not ####).

How to use the site - enter the qt you want to buy for as many products as you want and then submit once, look at the top right of the page and you will see the items purchased ,your discount, DHL fee and your total, click the picture of the cart next to the total to see the details of your order, you order form will appear with all the items you selected. IMPORTANT - the site is designed to take all your orders without have to submit them one at a time and without the whole page refreshing every time you submit a new order. This is not the norm for online ordering sites. Once you understand how to use it you will find that it is fast and convenient. Everyday my site is used by resellers and distributor that have to order 10 to a 2000 eXo cases at a time and they can not do this one at a time.  As the manufacture and designer I have to cater to their needs. Just as I hear you and I have to make some changes to cater to your needs. My product sells to a number of site including iSkin.com, thinkdifferentstore.com, drbott.com, etc and these sites may be easier for you to navigate, you can also go to Yahoo and enter eXo by #### or iSkin by #### and you will get a list of sites that sell my products. Although I have 1000s of successfully completed and paid for orders I want my site to work for you. This is not a one day fix and I assure you I am working on it.

Maybe you should try the websit yourself to see if it is intuitive…I assure you, it is not.

And your directions dor ordering do not work. EVERY time, when I click submit, the quatity vanishes and nothing is added to my cart.

If you are using safari you will not be able to submit your order it has something to do none compatibility with asp coding and how safari reads it.  Use Mac explorer 5.0 or greater and you will not have any problem we test it here in China with both a Mac and a PC computer and it is fine. This is mentioned on the site but it seems as though it is not mentioned in enough places

your site is confusing, ####.  Too much fun visuals, but nothing that really says what each product is and no way to get a good look at the product.  I’m glad that your resellers can figure out how to use the site, maybe they’re all geniuses or something.

Seriously, just make the damn site simple to use.

I got the impression that eXo2 is for older iPods with the buttons around the dial, and eXo3 is for 3rd gens.  Maybe #### can clarify this…
