####, I commend you for taking the time to respond to customers concerns. That is a rarity in today’s marketplace. I have used your site for ordering. It’s not that hard to figure out and works quite well once you understand it.

I agree. The fact that #### is willing to reply on a regular basis here is SO nice of him, that we really do need to cut him some slack. Keep up the good work ####.

I just got ####’s #### EXO2 with scroll wheel and button protection. This thing fits great, my little iPod has never worn a nicer outfit. The scroll wheel responds great to being covered up, but the buttons… well thats a different story. I have to push them really hard and hit them in the right spot for any responce at all, it’s very annoying. I’m thinking of getting an iSkin exo2, but I cringing at the fact that the exposed areas will get scratched. Since the wheel does work great, im thinking of sanding down the back of the button rubber, (####, only if you say thats a smart move?) and with it being thinner, it should do the trick, I hope. It kind of sucks that I think I’m the first guy to review this case on iPod lounge, but my iPod needed a case so here we are. I wonder if #### is going to fix this issue, and if he is, can I trade mine in? Is that what we have in store for the exo 3? If you are still manufacturing new ones, MAKE THE BUTTON RUBBER THINNER, you’ll have a lot less returns this way.
