Lajo, I commend you for taking the time to respond to customers concerns.  That is a rarity in today’s marketplace.  I have used your site for ordering.  It’s not that hard to figure out and works quite well once you understand it.

I agree.  The fact that Lajo is willing to reply on a regular basis here is SO nice of him, that we really do need to cut him some slack.  Keep up the good work Lajo.

I just got Lajo’s xSkn EXO2 with scroll wheel and button protection.  This thing fits great, my little iPod has never worn a nicer outfit.  The scroll wheel responds great to being covered up, but the buttons… well thats a different story.  I have to push them really hard and hit them in the right spot for any responce at all, it’s very annoying.  I’m thinking of getting an iSkin exo2, but I cringing at the fact that the exposed areas will get scratched.  Since the wheel does work great, im thinking of sanding down the back of the button rubber, (Lajo, only if you say thats a smart move?) and with it being thinner, it should do the trick, I hope.  It kind of sucks that I think I’m the first guy to review this case on iPod lounge, but my iPod needed a case so here we are.  I wonder if Lajo is going to fix this issue, and if he is, can I trade mine in?  Is that what we have in store for the exo 3?  If you are still manufacturing new ones, MAKE THE BUTTON RUBBER THINNER, you’ll have a lot less returns this way.
