#### has released a new version of the exo2mini-sb which features no mounting post on the back to attach a belt clip. “And because it does not have the metal implant to support SWVclip the savings from the chrome plate brass implant means a $2.50 reduction in the cost of the case and the savings are being passed onto you.” The soon to be released TwistClip allows you to wear it in both a vertical and horizontal position along with six other positions.  Exo2mini-sb costs $17.50 plus $5 shipping to anywhere in the world in 3 colors with more colors promised before the end of this week.

Even though something ships, it is not always the fault of the seller.  If he ships it to you, but the Postal Service loses it, is it his fault?  But anyways, I ordered an exo3 and I got it in 8 days and I love it.

The mini cases from #### were not even announced 6 weeks ago, not even a month ago.

Today I answered all of the requests to resolve problems within 30 minutes. The problems resolved were, wrong address, exchange a case, missing item, cancel an order. The total number of problems sent in 2 days were 12 and 7 files were closed because they were solved and the others I am waiting from them to post a reply.  Now all our email informs people not to reply to the emails to have questions answered only use our online customer service. I hope those that have mentioned they have problems here will post their problem and get a solution.  So far no bugs and more features will be added before the end of this month.

####, if you look around you’ll see that I have defended you all the way down the line, but I can’t take it any more.  53 million products and the worst website in history, half the stuff isn’t in stock and now I can’t order from you because I refuse to use the security-weak MSIE anymore, and your site is not Mozilla compatible.

I’m sorry, but you;ve lost one of your most loyal customers.  I’ll check in with you again someday and see if things improve, but for now, you lose my business.  Since I have ordered about 15 cases from you, hopefully you’ll take notice.

It reminds of an Italian baker I would go to, the owners English was nearly none existent but he made the best bread and espresso. I could not resist.

Stark23x it will be my goal to have you drop by and feel like your at home.

Hey ####. I am a regular at his forum, it i a great place to talk. I have had numerous items from #### all of a high standard, all delivered quickly and customer service has been high. He said that he is hiring another person to deal with emails so that will be sorted. Antonio his programmer is sorting out the site. His key program is great - how many other people do you know who give out iPodmini’s to their members, once a month? He is also thinking of giving away an iBook/Powerbook! All my dealings with him have shown to me that he is an honest guy with a sucessful business. Good luck to you ####, and keep up your artisitic flair.

-i2i- (above) is also a known reseller. And #### seems to always give special attention to his distributors and resellers.

-i2i- is not a known reseller, I saw a couple skins up for sale on ebay UK but that is all. #### treats all of us with equal attention.

-i2i- owns ipod-stuff.com who advertises (or maybe also owns) http://www.ipodskins.co.uk.. looks like a reseller to me…

I am not a reseller! When I first made the site it was intenede to resell iPod products but as I then found out that I didn’t have the time to handle the orders I was taking in so scrapped the idea. I do not own http://www.ipodskins.co.uk I know the guy who does through Lajos forums, and he said that he’d post an advert on his site in return for us putting a link on the #### review to his site, simple business. I’m not sure which skins on ebay you are refering too though.

I treat my customers, resellers (online and retail stores) and distributors the same. When I have a 2 for 1 everyone gets the special plus the volume discounts. If anyone has a problem they get it resolved and since my online customer service is up the feature has been added to all 3 logon menus. If my reseller and distributors will get advanced notice of specials so that they can stock up and offer the deals to their clients. This is starting now because resellers and distributors are separated by logon and they can be targeted with notices and the system bonus program can be cut off from anyone of the many groups which are customer, key, online resellers, retail resellers, distributors, partner online resellers, partner online distributors and link partnerships. This is part of the plan to grow the business by having coordinated specials such as Mothers Day.

####,

I have also been a loyal and patient customer. I am sick of having to go to different places to get customer satisfaction. ####, you still have not resolved my problem that we have been exchanging emails about (my December 19 order). I gave you one last chance last week by placing another order, and 3 emails, plus communication through your website has AGAIN gone unanswered. I can’t ever recommend your products to my other iPod friends until you prove yourself to be more responsive to the customers. I feel like you have ripped me off $100 between the two orders.

I just check my email records and I have sent over 23 letters to you starting on Dec 23. Now Scott you posted you problem in my online customer service and as you can see from my reply I am waiting for your paypal account.

This is my reply to you on Dec 23

It should take 5 days or so from our previous experience.
With HK air mail there is no tracking so if you have problems you let us know. We guarantee delivery
HK air mail is now being used for all smaller orders to try avoid some of the extra charges if DHL acts as a broker to clear the item. Small items like these should pass duty free and the post is the best way to accomplish this..

Scott I am waiting for you to post your paypal account so that I can refund your money. The last time you posted your info on one of the news releases we lost touch, I tried to emailing you a number of times and also posted a search for you on my forum but I did not get any reply. Now you opened a file in customer service so now there is no chance for us to lose touch. Dont think outside of business on this and to be clear what the business of this mater is, you have a problem and I want to resolve it.  The solution is quite simple post your paypal account in the file you opened in customer service. If you do not know how to go back to that I will explain: go to http://www.####.com , click logon enter your order id and email, once your personal menu opens, click customer service history click that problems subject which will open the file and post your paypal account.  The rest I will do and then close the file.

The new iShades will be out this week if they have a good day today in the factory. You should review that because it will eliminate the wet look that some have experienced. It is made from the same high quality, soft, TPU so it will not scratch and it itself is scratch resistant.  Within a week I will have a special feature with my online customer service for people to contact me for sepecial requests like yours.

Scott Melendez I am still waiting for you to post your paypal account so that I can close this matter. I experienced the same response the last time you posted something, no reply to the post and no reply to the emails I sent you. Now you posted something in the online customer service and I requested your paypal account to finish this matter. Where are you? I beginning to think this has more value to you not getting resolved.

Scott your file is open in Customer Service. I need your PayPal account.  We are once again at the same point as before, you have disappeared. I don’t think I have ever invested so much time with one customer as I have with you.
