Maybe you have product, but I don’t. I have emailed you repeatedly, always with my order ID, always with the subject you specify, to the email address you listed, and never have gotten any reply. You have plenty of time to “defend” yourself here on this site, but not enough time to respond to my concern, (or anyone else’s for that matter) about a missing order. I have a valid order number, and a valid PayPal confirmation to prove I paid for it. I do not care a bit about 2 for 1. Like I have mentioned in several posts, I would like to get the item i ordered and payed for!! As apparently quite a few other people do!!

Lajo, your products look cool, but your site is so disfunctional, and your replies to your precious customers are too hard to decipher(whether you understand what your customers are trying to say). You gotta get your act togther. For instance you said, you have 50,000+ items in stock for the ipod and ipodmini, now if this were true, WHY are all the skins for the mini out of stock on your site? If you can answer this question straight up, I will give you some respect as a customer. Btw it’s gotta be a valid reason.

It’s incredibly hard for Lajo to answer through e-mail.  The easiest and quickest solution to your problems is to visit his forums and post in this forum:

Be sure to follow these guidlines when posting so that Lajo is able to fix your problems:

Almost everyone who has posted their problems on his forums has recieved help and gotten their products.  His e-mail portion sucks, and he acknowledges that.  He gets such a large influx of e-mail that it’s impossible for him to catch it all.

If you post on the forums (in a nice manner, etc) then you should get your problem fixed right up.

Right. Then how come with every order acknowlegement he gives me an email I am supposed to reply to if I have problems. If he cannot answer emails concerning screwed up orders, then he needs to increase his staffing. These are valid emails concerning real problems, not general questions, etc. He is supposed to be a legitimate business right. I have sent him emails, all polite, in the format he has requested and never have had any action or response. Therefore he invites this type of abuse on these posts. He seems to have plenty of time to post to these forums, spend a little of it on answering emails and Customer Service. By the way, I checked my mail this morning and still no case and still no replys from him. Lajo wants me to post my Order number here. Should I put up my Credit Card number and Social Security Number as well. The system he uses is the one he created. Deal with Lajo!

Hmmm… So let me get this straight about this 2 for 1 offer:

I goto the dysfunctional website and purchase 1 case only. I then get an order ID, which I can then use to log onto the dysfunctional website again and somehow edit my original order with the additional case…. is that what you’re saying Lajo?

Why can’t I just select 2 cases on my order and it automatically sort it out at your end. Is your code not so great?

What’s the story. I wanna take you up on this offer but just can’t understand how it works.

PS How long until the Exo3minis are available to ship?

If you think not getting your ordered stuff is bad, read my story.

I ordered during a 2 for 1 special at his site.  I put the two cases in my cart.  They showed the second for free.  Then, when I completed my order, it showed full price.

I emailed Lajo and he replied and told me that he would fix it.

I hadn’t received my cases for 4 weeks, so I emailed him about it.  He said they shipped that day.  Yet, the charge to my card was put on it two weeks before that.

Two weeks after that, I still hadn’t received my cases and I received my credit card statement.  The charge was full price for both cases.

Naturally, I was very upset.  I emailed him and I was ignored.  Then, one day, in the middle of the night, I heard someone screaming on my lawn.  It was Lajo. “I have your money now and there’s nothing you can do about it.  Muahahahaha!”  He then took a huge steaming dump on my lawn and ran off screaming into the night.

I’m not sure I’ll order from again unless I need some more fertilizer.

Yep sounds about right. Pretty believable from what I’ve heard.

The guy is a conman, no doubt about it.

Nah Frank I can tell you’re making it up as you state that Lajo actually replied to an email, which is far more likely than him taking a dump on your front lawn actually.

I’ve never had any problems with Lajo… actually, the cases I ordered in Feb. came faster then expected…

Real solutions come with real order ids. Until our online customer service is up you can use our forum Problems - Shipping - Product. Post your order id and describe the problem, your solution will be resolved in front of a few hundred members. When the online customer service is switched on you will only be able to post a problem if you have an valid paid order id, if you forget your order id you can ask our staff to search it with your email or your paypal account. Customer problem solutions are brain dead easy, they normally have 2 solutions send a new product or refund the money.  To think that a business is going to want to run with your $5 to $50 is ridiculous.  The email invasion problem (crack pots filling our email box with fake order ids) will be resolved soon with all incoming email being totally eliminated and replaced with online customer service.  There was no way for us to predict this problem but we have the programmers to resolve it and it will be resolved. Once our online service is on we will email all customers.

Only Lajo would actually insult his customers by calling them out and out liars when they try to get their problem resolved.

What a cretin.

You still haven’t explained how the 2 for 1 thing works…. see my post above. Your system seems confusing. What do I have to do?

Just tell me then I can order and embark on the trail of misery that apparently is the experience of dealing with you.

I’d love you to prove me wrong about what I’ve heard about your service.

I did email about a real order with real order ID.  You also left a real stinky pile on my lawn.

Posted by Frank on April 10, 2004 at 5:50 PM (CDT)

If you want to take advantage of the 2 for 1 you have to log on with your order id and your email (as used on your order id). We sent an email to all customers with the instructions. The 2 for 1 ends on Easter Sunday at midnight EST.

Since I have been watching this forum I have only seen Marware respond to customer complaints and identifying themselves. I have a lot of respect for them. The Marware employee/owner got broadsided by one of you when they only want to provide help; regardless I am sure that most of you could read between the lines, by the way Marware you make great products. I was told by a friend never to answer to forums but I feel if you have nothing to hide why not. For those who have legitimate complaints I understand your frustration and I am doing everything possible to resolve it with what I feel is the best solution, online customer service. The fact of the matter is that email does not work for my business. For those of you who do not have a legitimate complaint and are using this as a method to sake up, promote your cause, derive benefit from negative advertising, well I can only speak for myself but I would say you would have to do a lot better than this.

every1 lajo is a 3 star seller and does not give a WUT about his F***** customers. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! pos service/website. >>>iskin mini dot com <<< now that is a company that takes care of their customer and actually has SH*T in stock and actually SHIPS it. until lajo gets his service and website straight, please reconsider his products. he has all this money and manpower to put out these incredibly (picture wise) stunning cases but lacks the ability to satisfy one customer, at least one with a descent website with descriptions and pictures, and/or reply to my e-mails. his products are what you pay for (quality wise). and so is iskin’s.

i didn’t have any problem ordered from lajo.  oh well.

You should post your order id, you will find it works better than spinning your tires.

Posted by Lajo on April 11, 2004 at 12:27 AM (CDT)

This 2 for 1 offer is so difficult to understand and works in such a protracted way that I just ain’t gonna bother.

Why can’t it just be that you add 2 items to cart, one of which is shown as “FOC” and then pay like any proper company would do?

What’s all this business with you already needing a customer ID? Doesn’t that mean that the offer is only open to people who have already bought case(s) from you?

What kind of stupid marketing effort is that? Wouldn’t you be better targetting people who are looking to buy cases, rather than the ones who already have them?

I don’t understand you Lajo, I’ve been trying for 2 days now to get a straight answer from you about this and seeing as you won’t explain it (preferring to slag your existing disappointed customers off) I guess I’ll just have to look elsewhere… I gave it all I could, but I’ve had all I can take of your half-baked responses to my simple question and the over complexities of the way you operate (which are totally due to lowsy website coding).

Lajo you blow, big time.
