silicon on the scroll wheel might make it hard to use. The current wheel is very smooth and low on friction.

Just for giggles, I put the back of another eXo on the scroll wheel and tried to use it. It still works fine, even through the decently thick silicone.

The touch wheel works great. One of the nice things about this case is that you can hold it in your hand and that sharp edge on the top disappears it is really comfortable. Those engineers that use it for work everyday will not worry about having it take a few bumps because of the added protection.
