Lajo needs to stop making new products and fix his website so people can actually buy his products!

Sorry it seems I am better at making new products than I am at websites. You can find all of my products from over 100 resellers. Just go to google and enter exo lajo into their search engine and you will start to get a list of them. I am sure their sites will be more to your liking

Lajo, how about LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?  Stop making products that aren’t in stock.  Start being more customer-service oriented.  Get someone who knwos what they’re doing to design a website that works.

If you did these things, you’d find that people would fall all over themselves trying to give you their money.  Stop being so arrogant.  Your way is not the only way, and in the end, the customer is always right.

I have bought over 9 products from Lajos website and not once did I have a problem. You people need to stop whining. His website works fine.

I agree with quite a few of the comments above.  For someone who has an excellent product, Lajo has piss-poor customer service.  Entreprenuership is a cut-throat endeavour.  Lajo, get off your duff and hire someone to fix that website.  You’re good at conceptualizing and bringing these designs to the marketplace.  Now get someone to fill in your weak points - your online presence.  Resellers or not, decide what your position is in the process and let others handle where you’re lacking!

Do it or lose us forever!

I was asked whether the control wheel and menu where fully functional with the TPU cover. The answer is yes in fact it is quite amazing how well they work. I have tested it with 0.5mm to 0.2mm TPU and they all work as though there was nothing between your iPod and your finger.  I have a 0.2mm xrap case that could work with other silicone cases, this will give you scroll wheel protection and menu protection, screen protection plus the back of your ipod.  I will be releasing this next week.

You will get an answer the same day and your problem will get resolved. Do not use the email, soon all of our email addresses will be delete once we are up on our new server. Lajo- So it protects the whole ipod? How does it work? What does TPU mean? I’m sorry, but You website sux, the pics are tiny. Could you maybe put some descriptions? You products seem AWESOME, but I can never figure out how to work the website. Thanx, and I’m sorry if I was a little harsh.

Also- I was wondering what makes ishade different from JAVOScreen. And can xrap be used with the apple belt clip included with the ipod mini?

Okay, I do see that there is a description. No dock conecting tho? that’s kinda disopointing

I have purchased around 10 items from lajo, and not only have I never had a problem with his site, but I feel that his customer service is great, if you have a problem you simply login, or post on his forum and either he or another helpful person will be able to point you in the right direction.

TPU is space age plastic that is scratch resistant, durable, great elastic memory, ultra clear etc. Some people try to compare it to PVC but PVC is like trying to compare burlap to silk. The new Nike shoes use TPU, you will find it on roller blades, IV bottles, inflatable safety gear and of course all Maclear products are made from either sheet TPU such as xrap or molded TPU such as iShades screen protectors for iPod and iPod mini. Because TPU is very expensive in comparison to PVC you will only find it used for high end products.
