LuxPro adds tiny screen to iPod shuffle clone
After slightly tweaking and renaming its original iPod shuffle clone, LuxPro has now added two new versions of its “Super Tangent flash-based player that sport integrated OLED monochrome displays.
The company’s new “Top Tangent” and “EZ Tangent” offer the same features as the previous player — an iPod shuffle form factor, USB 2.0, FM tuner, voice recorder, and MP3/WAV/WMA support — plus a 64 x 48 pixel screen and 128 x 64 pixel screen, respectively.
Also like the original Tangent and the iPod shuffle, these two new players are available in 512MB and 1GB sizes. As usual, the Taiwan-based company does not offer pricing or availability for the two new players. In fact, there has yet to be any confirmation that LuxPro has even shipped the original Super Tangent player.

Too bad Steve Jobs didn’t have enough insight to see the light before the competition arrived. If he weren’t so hung-up on not using WMA because it is not Apple, this might not be happening now. Pull your head out Steve before someone else beats you to market with a 100GB iPod with video playback as well!!!!!!!!!
