Madonna, others to star in Motorola iTunes phone ads
Motorola has gotten Madonna, Iggy Pop and several other music acts to star in commercials for its upcoming iTunes-enabled mobile phone, according to reports.
“Motorola has signed an artist from every generation to appear in the ads, including Little Richard, Bootsy Collins, Lil’ Jon, The White Stripes, Sleater-Kinney, Sum 41, Mya, Pussycat Dolls and Billie Joe from Green Day,” reports Brand Republic. “Look-a-likes of Beethoven, Jimi Hendrix and Biggie Smalls are also featured.”
“Madonna, who was recently in the press after falling from her horse during her 47th birthday celebrations, filmed her piece for the ad at Shepperton Studios yesterday. A Motorola spokesman refused to comment on the ads but confirmed that Madonna and Iggy Pop were to star.”

Great…more ads with artists thinking they’re the best thing since sliced bread.

I’m sure her children would appreciate you using this excuse to throw slurs her way. Though she probably got involved for the “whore button” feature, which dials directly to a phone sex line. Thus Apple pleases the adult market.

I am surprised that Madonna is even in the commerical, as she has not allowed her tunes to be purchased on iTunes. Jack, I think she has moved way beyond being a whore…that is a hard line to keep up when you have two childen:-D

I’m thankful God had the insight to send you here to provide the whores, the retarded and the desperate with their final judgement on his behalf.

wow - the Madonna is “just a whore” discussion ended at least a decade ago. Where have you been?
Whether you like or not—Musically, Madonna has stood the test of time—23 years of recording so far. And she’s not stopping anytime soon.
She has long ago been accepted & embraced by critics & peers as a force to be reckoned with—and she’s a shoe-in for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
Perhaps this Moto ROKR will finally bring her catalogue to iTunes.
You’re welcome to keep complaining though. Have fun jackhole.
